Marti Santizo RDH, MBA

Marti Santizo is an Academic Relations Manager for Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals covering the Pacific Region. She joined Colgate following a diverse career as a private practice clinical hygienist, a corporate regional manager with Ultradent Products, Inc., and a dental hygiene program director

Marti graduated from the University of Louisville, School of Dental Hygiene with her Bachelor degree in dental hygiene. She received her Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix. Marti has over 25 years of experience in private practice; 15 years were spent working with Dr. Gordon Christensen where she was involved with Clinicians Report (CR, formerly known as CRA) research, and lecturing with Practical Clinical Courses. As a Regional Manager, and a Dental Hygiene Program Director, Marti educated dental hygiene students, territory representatives, and practicing dental professionals on best products and practice techniques.

As an active member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association, Marti has served as the President of the Utah Constituent as well as a variety of other elected positions, including state head delegate to the ADHA. Additionally, she is a member the American Dental Education Association, the Utah Oral Health Coalition, Utah Dental Hygiene Educators’ Consortium, and has served on the Board of Directors for Clinicians Report (CR Foundation), Utah Board of Dentists and Dental Hygienists Ethics Committee, and Advisory Boards for multiple Utah dental hygiene programs.
